Show ljf MAY, qne'n of months, flower-decked, will make its advent tomorrow. While May is officially May day, the month will be welcomed in festive celebrations cele-brations all during the week. The ancient an-cient custom of the May -pole dance, with which the spring month was formerly for-merly given joyous welcome by the populace in England, will be observed in a May dance to be given by the women of the University of Utah Friday Fri-day evening at the university. The dance is given annually and this year will be in the nature of a leap-?ar leap-?ar function, the girls of the university nnvitinj? their young men friends. J? Carrying out the idea of sweet sim-plicity sim-plicity in keeping with the month, the girls will appear in frocks and hats made by each fair wearer. The dresses are fashioned from light summer materials. ma-terials.
