Show BROWN AND SHUPE HELD UNDER BOND Special to The Tribune. OGDEN, April 29. A. P. Brown and E. F. Shupe. arrested in Pocatello and who confessed to entering the Kern confectionery con-fectionery store, were arraigned in Judge George S. Barker's court this morning on charges of second-degree burglary. Both waived preliminary trial and were bound over to the district court under bonds of $300 each. Before their arraignment on the felony charge thev were sentenced to pay fines of $10 each for the theft of an automobile belonging- to Emil KftUer. Their trial on the misdemeanor charge took place last Tuesdav. |
