REPRESENTATIVES of tha University Uni-versity of Utah wil leave next Wednesday for Boulder, Colo., to debate Friday night with the University of Colorado team on the question, "Resolved, that the United States should adopt a literacy teat for all European immigration. " Clarence Baird, Peter Kasiua and Spencer Wright, are the Utah debaters. Baird has had considerable experience I in debating and oratorical lines. Last I year he represented the Brigham Young university of Provo, and this year at the local institution he was successful in winning the state oratorical contest on international peace. Kasius was a : member of the Utah team last year, and '. prior to that he was- a member of va- V.nous high school teams. Wright is a , new man in debating circles at the nni- , versity, but his progress this year has , .been remarkable.
