Captain Rogers, it is sot out, died at Chicago Decern bor 20, 1S00, leaving throe lots, -1, 5 and G, block 2 of subdivision subdi-vision of block 26, plat F, Salt Lake City survey, which ho beoueathod to Ilolon Dewey Rogers. Mrs. Rogers sold the last lot to Mary V. Smith for $600, from whom Chamberlain pur-hcased pur-hcased tho property. Somo question has been raised as to the right of Mrs. Rogers to sell this property, which tho plaintiff wants the court to settle. |
