Show JUVENILE COURT HAS IUTIIER LIGHT SESSION Dr. E. G. Gowans, judge of tho juvenile juve-nile court, enjoyed a light session" Sat-urda3' Sat-urda3' morning. Tv,-o youthful incendiaries, nine and ten years old, respectively, who have been destroying box cars for tho Oregon Ore-gon Short Line Railway company, in North Salt Lako, with firo, wero haled before tho court, but allowed to go without punishment further than a severe se-vere reprimaud upon promises of good behavior. A. seventeen-year-old lad who has boon guilty of considerable petty thieving thiev-ing was sent to relatives at Ogden, who are to report to tho juvenile court there. Tho lad was found guilty, but tho court adopted a lenient policy towards to-wards him, Two truancy and incorrigible cases, boys, were allowed to go on probation. Ono lad is fourteen, the other fifteen years old. |
