Show Site Don SIiouj Registration for the Kid's Dog Show will be held this Saturday, May 15 from 9 a.m. to noon at the Bountiful Recreation Center, 150 West 600 North. CO-SPONSORED as a public service by the National Recreation and Park Association As-sociation and the Bountiful Recreation Department, the show is open to all youngsters 4-14 with dogs over six months old. Children may enter their dog in any two of the seven categories: best trick dog, smallest dog, largest dog, best looking, best costumed, funniest and best behaved. Best of show will be chosen among first place category winners. ALL DOGS may participate in show regardless of pedigree, breed or special training. Dogs, however, must be leashed and should have rabies shots. First, second and third place prizes will be awarded in each category and merit badges will be awarded to all participants. A DOG education class will be held on May 21 from 4-5 p.m. at the 400 North Park in conjunction with the show. Children are to attend this class without their dogs. " The class is open to all dog owners in the community and will feature Keith Duerden discussing dog showing.
