SEEKING GLASSES Norma Schmutz and l.eonard Leake are making a final drive (or used glasses, for either children or adults. THE CLASSES should be in the frames, not the lens and must be in by June 1 for this special drive. The glasses will be sent directly to the Direct Relief Foundation in Santa Barbara, Calif, where they will be classified clas-sified by optometrists. THEY WILL then be wrapped and packaged for use in hospitals, dispensaries and clinics in 80 countries where there is a great need. Mr. Leake represents the Order of Eastern Star in this drive for glasses. Call him at 295-4525 and he will arrange to pick up the glasses. MRS. SCHMUTZ is past president of the State Auxiliary Au-xiliary of the Optomeiric Association As-sociation and may be contacted contact-ed at 295-4392. Mrs. Lynn Harrison of Provo is the present president of the auxiliary, and this organization or-ganization has been collecting glasses for distribution in these countries where they are needed, kj The local Order of Eastern Star is sponsoring a drive to obtain glasses for the Direct Relief Foundation.
