Show Lock Cars, Don't Litter: 11 Police Citizens of West Bountiful ; -are cautioned by Police Chief Jack Hanham to keep their cars locked when they are not in them. They should be locked when they are parked on the city streets especially. MANY PEOPLE are in the habit of leaving their vehicles unlocked in all places. This is a way of asking for theft and vandalism. The police would like to ask the citizens to assist as-sist them in keeping law and order in the community. When cars or other vehicles are unoccupied, citizens are also cautioned to remove the keys. Keys in the ignition are a definite aid to those who wish to steal or commit acts of violence. MR. HANHAM also reminds all motorists traveling through the streets of West Bountiful that is is unlawful to carry uncovered garbage. Those who litter the streets as they travel to BARD or other places of disposal dis-posal will be cited by the police. Mr. Hanham reminds those who do travel through West Bountiful that the citizens do not want their city to look like a garbage dump.
