Show GRANITE TEACHERS HOLD ANNUAL BALL Fridav nipht the teachers of Granite district held their annual social and ball at the Granite high school. Each vear there are a preat, many new teachers added to the teaching force and a get-accjuainted get-accjuainted party is the only thing to unite them socially. A unique programme pro-gramme of vaudeville stylo was enjoyed en-joyed by all. after which everybody retired re-tired to the big Granite gymnasium' and spent the most of the evening in dancing. danc-ing. Refreshments were served in quaint and jolly style, and this, together with a few original jokes, lout a pleasant atmosphere at-mosphere to tho evening. Of all those invited a great mauv were unable to attend on account of the unexpected change of the weather, but nil those who were present had a rousing good time. Among those present pres-ent were Prnfersor Fred M". Reynolds' of the University of Utah, who extended extend-ed tn all teachers an invitation to enter en-ter the university extension work; Superintendent Su-perintendent Skidmore: Anor Whipple, professor of art: A. J. Hflgen and Principal Prin-cipal Adam Bonnion of the Granite high school. |
