Fairbanks was scheduled to be in Salt Lake September 30, and immediately made arrangements for him to speak to the state fair crowds on the opening dav of the exposition. bit ring the week Congressman Charles B. Miller of Minnesota, another national na-tional speaker, will visit Utah. He is scheduled to remain in the state Friday Fri-day and Saturday, anil arrangements have been made for him to talk at Brig-nam Brig-nam Citv and Logan.
