Perkins, 150 S. 400 E., Cedar City, UT proposes to change the point of diversion and place of use of 1.40 ac. ft. of water as evidenced by Diligence Claim 73-1549. The water has been diverted from an existing well, at a point N. 2220 ft. E 980 ft. from S'4 Cor. Sec. 34, T35S, RllW; and used for stockwatering 50 cattle in NW'4SEy4 Sec. o 4 fPnrP n tlir 34, T35S, RllW. Hereafter, 1.40 ac. ft. of water is to be diverted from an existing 6-inch well, 188 ft. deep at a point N. 180 ft. E. 90 ft. from the Sl4 Cor. Sec. 34, T35S, RllW (2 mi. NW Cedar City); and used same as heretofore in SWy4SE'4 Sec. 34, T35S, RllW. a-10098 (71-1724) Nada Land and Livestock Co., Box 188, Milford, UT proposes to change the point of diversion of 14.00 ac. ft. of water as evidenced by Appl. No. 24644. The water has been diverted from a 6-inch well, 80 ft. deep at a point N. 200 ft. W 1100 ft. from SE Cor Sec. 10, T32S, R13W; and used for the supplemental stock-watering stock-watering of 500 cattle in SEy4SE4 Sec. 10, T32S, R13W. Hereafter, 14.0 ac. ft. of water is to be diverted the same as heretofore plus an additional 8-inch well, 50-150 ft. deep at a point N. 200 ft. E. 300 Ft. from the SW Cor.
