Show Richards to address Conference tend will be held Saturday evening at 7 p.m. Theme of the meeting will be General session of the conference, to which the public is invited to attend will be held Sunday at 10 a.m. at the Cedar Stake Center, according to President Charles H. Blackburn. Black-burn. In addition a Priesthood Leadership session is slated at 8 a.m. Sunday morning. Elder Richards practiced law in Utah until 1934, when he was named first Utah director of the Federal Housing Administration. He was later appointed National Commissioner of FHA, headquartered in Washington, D.C. After nearly 18 years in public service, he resigned as FHA commissioner to associate with the mortgage banking business in Washington and Salt Lake City. He was called to be an assistant to the Council of the Twelve Apostles in the LDS Church in October 1960. When he was sustained as a general General Authority of the Church, he was presiding over the Northwestern States Mission headquartered headquar-tered in Portland. He was called to the First Quorum of the Seventy in October 1976. Special music for the general session will be provided by a combined choir of the First and Twelfth Wards, President Blackburn indicated. i V I FRANKLIN D. RICHARDS Franklin D.
