Show Etta LuntMacfarlane dies in Henderson . Etta Elizabeth Johnson Lunt Macfarlane 90, died May 7, at the home of a son in Henderson. Born October 25, 1887 in Central, Ariz, to James Parley and Zina Rowley Johnson. She married Thomas A. Lunt Dec. 15, 1905 in the Salt Lake Temple. He died Sept. 7, 1947. Married C. William Macfarlane March 3, 1956 in St. George, Utah. He died April 26, '959. Etta was a homemaker and an active member of the LDS Church serving as an Ordinance Worker in the St. George Temple for 26 years. She grew up and was educated in Colonia Diaz Chihuahua, Mexico. She is survived by a son, Thomas Aivin Lunt, Henderson, Hen-derson, Nev. and a daughter, Mrs. Eldro (Zina) Rigby of Cedar City. Also surviving are 15 grandchildren, 61 great grandchildren and 15 great ETTA J. MACFARLANE great grandchildren and two sisters; Mrs. Gladys Wilson Monticello; and Mrs. Charles (Nellie) Harvey of Blanding. Funeral services were held Wednesday, May 10, 1978 at 1 p.m. in the Cedar 14th LDS Ward Chapel. Interment was in the Cedar City Cemetery under the direction of the Spilsbury & Graff Mortuary. |
