Show Cedar City Social Swing Mrs. Bob Reid and children spent Wednesday until Sunday In Moab, Utah with Mrs. Reid's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Carroll Meador. Mrs. Ted (Karma) Jolley and son were in Cedar City one day last week visiting with Mrs. Jol-ley's Jol-ley's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Reed Bradshaw. CAZANIA Regular members of the Ca-zania Ca-zania Club met last Wednesday evening at the home of hostess, Afton Topham. Refreshments were served and the group en-Joyed en-Joyed sewing. Four hostesses, Murlal Stephenson, Steph-enson, Betty Whitney, Ethel Slack, and Winona Cowan en- tertained Tuesday at a luncheon held in the Student Center at CSU. The luncheon was staged in honor of Naomi Lunt, Audrey Duncan, Ruth Cahoon and Elaine Jones, who will celebrate birthday birth-day anniversaries the last of April Ap-ril and the first week in May. Gifts were presented to the honored hon-ored guests. H. H. CLUB Lesson guest at the Thursday afternoon meeting of the H. H. Club was Mrs. Richard Stuckl. Mrs. Stuckl narrated highlights of the book "Tess of the Duber-villes" Duber-villes" by Thomas Hardy. Twelve club members were on hand for the occasion which took place at the home of hostess, Mrs. Clair Macfarlane. Mrs. Henry Mc-Glochlin Mc-Glochlin was lesson chairman. |
