Harley Toome Named SL George Telephone Manager Mr. Harley E. Toone has re-rntly re-rntly been appointed to the position po-sition of manager of the Mountain Moun-tain States Telephone Company in St. George. Prior to his appointment, Mr. Toone was staff technician at the Salt Lake City office. He also worked for the company In Richfield. Rich-field. Mr. Toone was born In Murray and has attended the University of Utah and Brigham Young University where he received re-ceived his degree in May of 1962. At that time he became an employee em-ployee of the telephone company, lie is married to the former Ar-line Ar-line Kay Foulger of Ogden. Both Mr. and Mrs. Toone en-Joy en-Joy various activities, such as traveling in the hills In their Jeep, fishing hunting and golf. Mr. Toone has also fulfilled an IDS mission in California. The Toones will be moving to St George in the very near future. Mr. Toone Is replacing Mr. Kenneth Ken-neth O. Hill who has been appointed ap-pointed manager at Provo. These changes were announced by Jack J. Dalton, district manager mana-ger of the company.
