Show CLUB NOTES By Mrs. Ralph Box Ladies of the Tuesday night club were the guests of Mrs. Carl Hazel for luncheon and bridge. Ladies present were Mrs. Hugh Choever. Mrs. L. R. MeConne!!, Mrs. Arnold Arrowsmith, Mrs. Paul Stewart, Mrs. Harold Adams, Mrs. Arthur Burnham. Mrs. Zealand Zea-land Murd-ck, and Miss Ethel Smith. Score prizes were awarded award-ed to Mrs. McConnell, Mrs. Arrowsmith Ar-rowsmith and Mrs. Hazel. Twelve ladies met Thursday afternoon at the home of Mrs. Arnold Arrow-smith for the weekly week-ly meeting of the Canasta club. ' Mrs. David Skougard, Mrs. Fred Blederman and Mrs. M. M. Ras-mussen Ras-mussen were Invited to join the club as new members. Special guests of the afternoon were Mrs. Alvin Iverson and Mrs. Criss Mason, Ma-son, Sr., Mrs. Grant Seegmiller was hostess to 12 members of her club Monday evening at her home for luncheon followed by duplicate bridge. Mrs. Boyd Paulson was a special guest. Score prizes were won by Mrs. Clyde Higbee, Mrs. Dee Cowan, Mrs. Milton Sevy and Mrs. Seegmiller. Mrs. Glade Stevenson entertained enter-tained the members of her club Wednesday evening at luncheon and bridge. Special guests invited invit-ed were Mrs. John P.owberry, Mrs. Yorke Nelson, Mrs. Milton Sevy, and Mrs. York Jones. Score prizes were awarded to Mrs. Sevy, Mrs. Yorke Nelson, Mrs. La- IVeeda Riddle and Mrs. Francis Frye. i Mrs. Wirth Wood entertained the Wednesday evening club at her home. Places were set for 12 guests, with Mrs. Blaine Wood as a special guest of the club. The evening was spent in playing play-ing bridge. Scores were awarded award-ed Mrs. Raymond Lee, Mrs. Arthur Ar-thur Burnham, Mrs. Wayne Jackson Jack-son and Mrs. Donald Mathews. Mrs. Reed Roberts was hostess host-ess Tuesday evening at her home to the ladies of her social group. Mrs. James Applegate and Mrs. Herschell Neeley were received as special guests. Luncheon followed fol-lowed a delightful evening. I ' Cedar Chapter 20. Order of Eastern Star, met Monday at the Masonic temple frr its regular meeting. Following the meeting a social was enjoyed by the members and guests of the chapter. chap-ter. A tasty luncheon was served by Mrs. N. C. Hunter, Mrs. Ernest Ern-est Boyns and Mrs. Oliver Harris. The visitation of the grand officers offi-cers of the grand chapter and a banquet to be held Monday. April 13, was announced. Mrs. Glenn White received the members of her club Wednesday Wednes-day ev ening at her vhic Spring ; flowers adorned the tables with j a light luncheon served to Mrs.1 Adrian Bunting, Mrs. Murray I Butler.
