Show Cancer Society Aims At $1,000 Fund Drive During April i The Iron County Chapter of; the American Cancer Society is busy making plans for Cancer Month activities, which includes the entire month of April, and for the annual fund raising campaign, cam-paign, according to Mrs. F. B. Parkinson, county chapter chair-1 man. The fund campaign will be conducted during the first week of April, Mrs. Parkinson states, with the balance of the time during Cancer month devoted de-voted to educational activities. The quota of funds to be raised in Iron county has been set at $1000, and a complete organization or-ganization of committees to carry car-ry on the fund raising activities' have been announced. Officers of the Iron County chapter include Mrs. Parkinson, with Mrs. Ianthus Wright as co-chairman, co-chairman, and Mrs. Ralph Box as secretary and treasurer. Service clubs will assist in the campaign in Cedar City, with each organization naming a representative rep-resentative to the campaign committee. com-mittee.
