Show I Youth Talent Show Auditions To Be Held April 4 Audition time for the Cedar City Kiwanis Club Talent Show is nearing and applications have been placed for youth to pick up and return in preparation for the annual show which will be held on April 11 at the public school auditorium, announces Carlos Taylor, chairman of the affair. Application blanks have been placed at the Cedar City Drug, Iron County Record and at the schools of the county in order that young talented students may file for this outstanding spring program. Auditions have been set for April 4, with the time for preparation prep-aration growing shorter day by day, Mr. Taylor stated. Two sec tions of the show will again be held this year with the younger set up to and Including 13 years of age participating for junior honors, and the 14 to 17 year-olds year-olds vielng in the senior divi-' divi-' slon. Prizes will be awarded to all participants, it is understood, including in-cluding those participating in the auditions, but four outstanding outstand-ing prizes, two gold watches and two table radios will be awarded at the Talent Show to the winners in each of the divisions as chosen chos-en by an applause meter. Parents are urged by the Kiwanis Ki-wanis club committee to enter their children in the show which furnishes outstanding opportunities opportuni-ties for the younger generation. |
