Show NEWCASTLE Mrs. Mildred Tullls Many of our Elders and their wives attended the Stake Elders social In Enterprise Saturday evening. Pres. Arthur Barlocker, Counselor Coun-selor Nelson Blake, Clerk Elder Peacock of the Uvada Stake were speakers In Sacrament meeting Sunday evening. Visitors at the Norman Hulet home Saturday were Mr. and Mrs. Leonard Reber of Mesquite, Nev. Mr. and Mrs. Robert Reeve, who are living in Hurricane for a few months, came up Sunday to attend the special meeting In Enterprise. En-terprise. Mr. and Mrs. Leo Knell and family moved back to town on Wednesday of last week. They have been living in Leeds, Utah the past three months. While there they did considerable genealogical gen-ealogical and Temple work. Mr. and Mrs. Don Applegate and family joined other members of their family and relatives in MantI Saturday, to attend a family fam-ily gathering. They all attended sessions in the Mantl Temple. Mr. and Mrs. Caine Christen-sen Christen-sen attended an American Legion meeting in Beaver Tuesday evening. eve-ning. Mrs. Harriet Jones attended the visual aid classes Thursday and Friday In Cedar City. Mrs. Vivian Knell and Mrs. Iva Harrison attended the civil safety safe-ty meeting In Cedar City Thursday Thurs-day afternoon. Mrs. Truston Hart and Mrs. Joseph Jo-seph Arns entertained at a quilting quilt-ing bee Thursday afternoon. Mr. and Mrs. A. C. Christensen attended the Utah Poultry Convention Con-vention in Salt Lake City Saturday. |
