Show I Chamber of Commerce Hears Fine Program At the annual membership dinner of the Parowan Chamber of Commerce last Wednesday night in the Home Ec department of the Parowan High School a very fine program was enjoyed by those in attendance, it is reported re-ported by Ivan Decker, chamber president. Two very fine talks were given giv-en by Dr. Royden C. Braithwaite, new director of the College of Southern Utah, and Dr. Samuel C. Ingraham, of the monitoring service in Cedar City, connected with the atomic tests being made at the present time in Nevada. Musical numbers were two vocal vo-cal solos by Blame Johnson ol the C S U music department, accompanied by Mrs. Johnson, and two saxophone solos by Eugene Eu-gene Helland, music instructor at Cedar High School, with Alan Seegmiller at the piano. |
