Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS The following applications have been filed with the State Engineer Engi-neer to change or appropriate water in Iron County, State of Utah, throughout the entire year, unless otherwise designated. All locations are from SLB&M. To Change: a-2759 Ivan M. Matson, Beryl, Ut. proposes to change the point of diversion and place of use of 2.232 sec. ft. of water as evidenced by Underground-Water Claim No. 20672. The water was to have been diverted from a well at a point N. 156 ft. and E. 138 ft. from WV. Cor.. Sec. 28, T34S, R16W, and used from Apr. 1 to Oct. 1 to irrigate 24 acres in SWViNWVi said Sec. 28 and for year-round domestic and stock-watering stock-watering purposes. Hereafter, it is proposed to divert di-vert 2.232 sec. ft. from a 16-in. well bet. 100 and 300 ft. deep at a point S. 150 ft. and E. 150 ft. from NW Cor. Sec. 17, T31S, R16W, and use from Apr. 1 to Oct. 1, to irrigate 24 acres in Ntt said Sec. 17, and for year-round domestic do-mestic and stock-watering pur-noses. a-2874 Leatha Graff Prest-wlch, Prest-wlch, Cedar City, Ut. proposes to change the point of diversion and place of use of 4 sec. ft. of water, as evidenced by Application No. 12112. Kunz, 302 South 200 West, Cedar City, Ut.; 3 sec. ft. for irrigation use from a 16-in. well 121 ft. deep at a point S. 1165 ft. from NW Cor. Sec. 13, T34S, R11W. The water will be conveyed 14 ft. through 10-in, pipe and 4000 ft. through ditch and used from Apr. 1 to Oct. 1 to irrigate 500 acres in Sec. 11, Wis Sec. 12 and NW'i Sec. 13, T34S, R11W. 25940 United States of America, Amer-ica, Bureau of Land Management, Manage-ment, P. The water will be used for the operation of blast hole drills and for domestic and incidental mining uses. Protests resisting the granting of any of the foregoing applications appli-cations with reasons therefor, must be in affidavit form, with extra copy, and filed with the State Engineer, 4a?
