Show rrrrrj V. F. W. Auxiliaries Meet In Joint Session Members of the Cedar City and St. George V. F. W. auxiliary organizations or-ganizations met at the honie of Mrs. Beth Leigh in Cedar City Wednesday to honor past officers. Present from Washington county coun-ty wcie District President Ruth Milne, Mrs. Mae Whitehead and Mrs. Ruth Keoghe. Mrs. Milne on behali of the district presented Mrs. Chester Hatch, past district president with a dinner ring bearing the auxiliary symbol in recognition of her past service. The Cedar City club president Mrs. E. J. Lampman presented Mrs. John Ma it hies with a pin to be attached to the past president's presi-dent's pin she already had. the two pins indicating two years service as president of the local auxiliary unit. A program, including two numbers each by Juanita Hazel and Kennie Mcknight, was enjoyed en-joyed by all. Refreshments were served by Marjorie Lampman, Lois Bryant, Marjorie Arrow-smith Arrow-smith and Idonna Maithies. |
