Show Elk Hunting Permit Application Procedure Outlined Sportsmen applying for elk permits this year should note the following changes in the laws, rules and regulations governing this hunt as shown in the recently recent-ly published proclamation. Application by mail ONLY on special envelope forms provided by the Fish and Game department. depart-ment. These forms will be available avail-able without cost at all license dealers by Aug. 1. The $15 application appli-cation fee must be submitted by means of a certified checks, cashier's check or money order. Do not send personal checks or currency. Applicants will seal the fee in the special envelope provided pro-vided and it will be returned to them without being opened unless their name is successfully drawn on the district applied for during the public drawing.
