Project Nears Completion Rapid progress is being made on the oil surfacing of intersections intersec-tions throughout the city, and as soon as the surfacing is completed complet-ed seal coating of the area will be started, according to City Manager Thomas Thorsen. As soon as the city street crew of men complete this phase of the oiling project, work will be started on a number of major private and public oiling projects and on the surfacing of 200 West street from 200 North to the railroad rail-road tracks, a section of the city streets system that was not undertaken un-dertaken in th? city-wide street oiling program last year.
