Show KANARRAVILLE Mack and Edith Durrand have returned home after a visit in California with their aunt, Edith Provan. Mr. and Mrs. June Kirkham of Twin Falls, Idaho, visited with Mr. and Mrs. Jess Williams, Mrs. Kirkham was the former Zilpria Stratton. Rosalie Graff and Tom Calfam-ebros Calfam-ebros who are stationed at Connelly Con-nelly Air Base at Waco, Texas, 'are here visiting with relatives. Mr. and Mrs. Junius F. Williams Wil-liams announce the birth of a son to their son-in-law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Kelsey Taylor at the Iron County hospital hospi-tal July 13. Mrs. Eloda Newberger of Salt Lake City returned to her home last week after visiting here for a few weeks. Jack Anderson of Salt Lake City spent a few days here with his family who is spending the summer here with Mrs. Anderson's Ander-son's father, George A. Berry. Mrs. Elda Fife and children of Cedar City and Mrs. Marva Prince and children of New Harmony were Monday visitors with their mother, Mrs. Hannah A. Davis. John Henry Williams has returned re-turned home after visiting in Pocatello, Idaho. He was accompanied accom-panied on his return by his son and family. Mr. and Mrs. Allison Williams. They will visit here for : a few days before returning home. Mr. and Mrs. Henry Bauer and daughter Mary have returned home after a month's visit in Indiana with Mr. Bauer's family. They report a very enjoyable trip. Gene Pace of New Harmony visited one day last week with Aloma Berry. Mr. and Mrs. Perry O. Williams and children of Logan, Utah are spending a few days here with their mother, Mrs. Amanda Williams. Wil-liams. Mrs. Berniece Williams went to Salt Lake City to attend the funeral fu-neral of her brother, Rex Iverson. Michael Williams and Val Davis Da-vis visited in Cedar City with Dick Fife this week. Samuel F. Leigh of Cedar City and Lyle Prince of New Harmony Harmo-ny were the speakers in Sacra- ment meeting Sunday. Mr. and Mrs. Maynard Chris-tensen Chris-tensen and children were business busi-ness visitors in Ogden last week. Carolyn and Retta Batty are in Payson visiting with their sister and family, Mr. and Mrs. Ivan Haskill. Mr. and Mrs. Blaine Pollock and daughter of Salt Lake City are here this week visiting with their father Sam L. Pollock. William B. Williams and sister Lynn attended the Elks outing and dinner in Pa rowan canyon last Sunday. Several of our townspeople were Sunday visitors at Navajo Lake, Duck Creek and Cedar Breaks. |
