Show EXHIBIT "A" NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE The following described real property proper-ty will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder on the 18th day of June, 1991, at 10:30 A.M., at the North front door of the main entrance of the County Courthouse, Davis County Courthouse, Comer of State & Main, Faimington, UT 84025 , in the County of Davis, State of Utah, by Delma Gunr, as the current Beneficiary, under the Deed of Trust made by Monty Dick Wolfley, as Trustor, recorded April 2, 1986 as Entry No. 0731873, in Book 1081, at Page 566, of the official records of Davis County, Utah, given to secure an indebtedness in-debtedness in favor of Dunn-Jardine Partnership, by reason of certain obligations obliga-tions secured thereby.
