Show NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE The following described property situated in Davis County, Utah, will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder on the front steps of the Davis County Courthouse, Farmington, Utah, on June 17, 1991 at the hour of 10:00 a.m., for the purpose of foreclosing a Deed of Trust executed by G.T.T. INVESTMENTS, IN-VESTMENTS, a Utah general partnership, partner-ship, as Trustor, in favor of THE FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF LAYTON, as Beneficiary, and recorded on October 29, 1987 as Entry No. 806296 in Book 1201 at Pages 810-813, of the official records of Davis County, Utah, and encumbering en-cumbering certain real property situated in Davis County, Utah, which real property is more particularly described as follows: All" of Lots 1, 2 and 4 DI-MOND DI-MOND OAKS NO. 2, a subdivision sub-division of part of Section 1 1 and 14, Township 4 North, Range 1 West, Salt Lake Meridian, Meri-dian, in the City of Layton, according ac-cording to the official plat thereof. EXCEPTING THEREFROM: BEGINNING at a point South 52 degrees 00' West 86.00 feet from the most Northerly corner of Lot 1, DIMOND OAKS SUBDIVISION NO. 2, and running thence South 52 degrees 3724" East 161.99 feet; thence North 72 degrees 29'55" West 190.90 feet, more or less, to the South line of Antelope Drive; thence Easterly Easter-ly along the arc of a 542.00 foot radius curve to the left 25.0 feet; thence North 52 degrees 00 East 42.25 feet to the point of BEGINNING. ALSO: BEGINNING at the most Easterly comer of Lot 1, ROLLING OAKS SUBDIVISION SUBDIVI-SION NO. 3; and running thence North 72 degrees 29'55" West 27.79 feet; thence South 52 degrees 3724" East 29.58 feet, more or less, to the East line of Oak Lane; thence along the arc of a 118.54 foot radius curve to the left 10.25 feet; more or less, to the point of BEGINNING. ALSO: All of Lots 2, 4, 8, 12 and 13, ROLLING OAKS NO. 3, Layton City, Davis County, Utah, according to the official plat thereof.
