Show Pollution Control Committee of the State of Utah; and , WHEREAS, the Sewer District has now requested the City to adopt revised Wastewater Control Rules and Regulations Regula-tions as herein provided. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED OR-DAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF KAYSVILLE CITY, STATE OF UTAH: Section 1. Enactment That the Wastewater Control Rules and Regulations Regula-tions for the Central Davis County Sewer District, as revised and amended to June 1, 1991, together with any addendum ad-dendum or attachments thereto, a copy of which Rules and Regulations is attached hereto and by this reference made a part hereof, is hereby adopted and enacted as part of the Ordinances of Kaysville City. Section 2. Repealer. All prior Ordinances Or-dinances or Rules and Regulations previously adopted by the City Council of Kaysville which are in conflict with the Wastewater Control Rules and Regulations for the Central Davis County Coun-ty Sewer District adopted herein are repealed as of the effective date hereof. Section 3. Effective Date. This Ordinance Or-dinance shall take effect on June 1, 1991. PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF KAYSVILLE CITY, STATE OF UTAH, ON THIS 21ST DAY OF MAY. 1991. WHEREAS, Kaysville City receives sewer treatment and related services from the Central Davis County Sewer District; and WHEREAS, by Agreement with the District in 1985, the City agreed to abide by and be controlled by the Wastewater Control Rules and Regulations Regula-tions for the Central Davis County Sewer District and to adopt the same as ' an Ordinance of the City; and WHEREAS, the Wastewater Control Rules and Regulations of the Central Davis County Sewer District have now been updated and revised to June 1, 1991, in order to comply with the requirements re-quirements of the United States Environmental Envir-onmental Protection Agency and Water r |
