Show EXHIBIT "A" NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE The following described real property proper-ty will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder on the 18th day of June, 1991, at 10:30 A.M., at the North front door of the main entrance of the County Courthouse, Comer of State and Main, Farmington, Utah 84025, in the County of DAVIS, State of Utah, by IMPERIAL FEDERAL SAVINGS ASSOCIATION formerly known as IMPERIAL SAVINGS ASSOCIATION, ASSOCIA-TION, under the Receivership of Resolution Trust, Corporation, as Successor Suc-cessor in Interest to Imperial Savings Association, a California Corporation, as the current Beneficiary, under the Deed of Trust made by TIMOTHY M. DYER and DANIELLE M. DYER, husband and wife, as Trustor, recorded April 3, 1986 as Entry No. 732500, in Book 1082, at Page 289, of the official records of DAVIS COUNTY, Utah, given to secure an indebtedness in favor of NEWTREND MORTGAGE, INC., by reason of certain obligations secured thereby. Notice of Default was recorded February 14, 1991, as Entry No. 917980, in Book 1396, at Page 102, of said official records. DYER and DANIELLE M. DYER, husband and wife, as joint tenants with full rights of survivorship survivor-ship for the purpose of paying obligations obliga-tions secured by said Deed of Trust including fees, charges and expenses of Trustee, advances, if any, under the terms of said Deed of Trust, interest 'thereon and the unpaid principal of the note secured by said Deed of Trust with interest thereon as is in said note and by law provided.
