Show NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE The following described property will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder, payable in lawful money of the United States at the time of the , sale, at the North Main Entrance, Davis County Courthouse, State and Main Streets, Farmington, Utah, on June 27, 1991, at 11:15 am of said day, for the purpose of foreclosing that certain Trust Deed dated December 20, 1989 and executed ex-ecuted by Peter T. Nabor and Fay M. Nabor, as trustors, in favor of Peoples 1st Thrift, as beneficiary, covering real property located in Davis County and described as: All of Lot 155, AMENDED VAE VIEW NO. 2, Layton City, Davis County, Utah, according ac-cording to the official plat thereof Together with all buildings, fixtures fix-tures and improvements thereon and all water rights, rights-of-way, easements, rents, issues, profits, income, tenements, hereditaments, privileges and appurtenances thereunto belonging, used or enjoyed with said property, or any part thereof. The street address of the property is purported to be 1783 North Afton Circle, Layton, Utah 84041. The undersigned disclaims any liability for any error in the street address. The present owners of the property are reported to be Peter T. Nabor and Fay M. Nabor. The estimated amount of the obligation secured by the property is $57,836.66. Those wishing to bid on the property must be prepared to immediately im-mediately tender that amount or the actual amount of the initial bid of the current beneficiary, whichever is less. Any amount bid m excess of said initial in-itial bid must be tendered within 24 hours of the sale. The trustee will accept ac-cept payment only in the form of a cashier's check drawn on a federally insured state or national bank or a check drawn by a federally insured credit union, savings and loan association or savings bank.
