Show NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE The following described property, situated in Davis County, State of Utah, will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder, payable in lawful money of the United States at the time of sale, at the front entrance steps of the Courts Building, 800 West State Street, Farmington, Farm-ington, Davis County, Utah on June 13, 1991, at 9:00 am. for the purpose of foreclosing that certain Trust Deed With Assignments of Rents, recorded August 15, 1979, in the official records of Davis County, State of Utah, as Entry No. 541414, in Book 785, Page 882, ' " executed by William V. Duffin and Jean Duffin, Qiusband and wife), as Trustors, in which American Savings & Loan Association was named as the Trustee and Beneficiary, but the beneficial interest therein having been acquired by the Resolution Trust Corporation, Cor-poration, as Receiver for American Savings Sav-ings & Loan Association, covering real property located at Davis County, Utah, (approximate property address: 204-206 East 1200 South, Centerville) and more particularly described as follows: All of Lot 14, EVERGREEN SUBDIVISION, a subdivision of part of Section 1 8, Township 2 North, Range 1 East, Salt Lake Meridian, in the City of Centerville, Utah, according to the official plat thereof, recorded record-ed in the office of the County Recorder of Davis County, Utah.
