Show EXHIBIT "A" NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE The following described real property proper-ty will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder on the 1 8th day of June, 1991, at 10:30 a.m., at the North front door of the main entrance of the County Courthouse, Comer of State and Main, Farmington, Utah 84025, in the County of DAVIS, State of Utah, by CHASE HOME MORTGAGE CORPORATION CORPORA-TION as the current Beneficiary, under the Deed of Trust made by TINA I. MOKE, an unmarried woman, as Trustor, recorded February 10, 1987 as Entry No. 772451, in Book 1143, at Page 1206, of the official records of DAVIS COUNTY, Utah, given to secure an indebtedness in favor of NEWTREND MORTGAGE, INC., by reason of certain obligations secured thereby. Notice of Default was recorded February II, 1991, as Entry No. 917637, in Book 1395, at Page 618, of said official records.
