Show NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE The following described real property proper-ty will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder without warranty as to title, ti-tle, possession or encumbrances, at the north front door of the Davis County Courthouse, State and Main Streets, Farmington, Utah the 28th day of June, 1991, at 1:30 o'clock p.m., of said day: Situated in the County of Davis, State of Utah, more particularly described as follows: All of Lot 115, MEL AN IE ACRES SUBDIVISION, PHASE 1 , a subdivision of part of Section 14, Township 4 North, Nor-th, Range 2 West, Salt Lake Meridian, in the City of Clearfield, Clear-field, Davis County, Utah, according ac-cording to the official plat thereof. The Trust Deed being foreclosed by these non-judicial trust deed foreclosure proceedings is dated September 11, 1986, and was executed ex-ecuted by THOMAS H. LARS EN and MARGARET C.
