Show EXHIBIT 'A" NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE The following described real property proper-ty will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder on the 25th day of September, 1990, at 10:30 a.m., at the North front door of the main entrance of the County Courthouse, Comer of State & Main, Farmington, in the County of Davis, State of Utah, by STATESMAN MORTGAGE COMPANY formerly known as FEDERATED FINANCIAL CORPORATION, as the current Beneficiary, under the Deed of Trust made by RONALD J. PRICE and TERESA N. PRICE, his wife, as joint tenants, as Trustor, recorded Apnl 4, 1986 as Entry No. 0732144, in Book 1081, at Page 1072, of the official records of Davis County, Utah, given to secure an indebtedness in favor of FIRST SECURITY BANK OF UTAH, N.A., by reason of certain obligations secured thereby.
