Show Uharriet receives training Cadet John R. Uharriet received practical training in military leadership leader-ship at the U.S. Army ROTC advanced ad-vanced camp, Fort Lewis, Wash. The six-week camp, attended by cadets normally between their third and fourth year of college, includes instruction in communications, management and survival training. Successful completion of the advanced ad-vanced camp and graduation from college results in a commission as a second lieutenant in either the U.S. Army, Army reserve or National Guard for the cadet. The cadet is a student at the University Uni-versity of Utah. Uharriet is the son of Raymond and Marilyn B. Uharriet of 718 S. Grand Oaks, Kaysville. He is a 1983 graduate of Davis High School. |
