Plaintiffs Motion for and Order allowing Service by Publication pursuant pur-suant to Rule 4(g) of the Utah Rules of Civil Procedure came on regularly for hearing ex parte before the above-entitled above-entitled Court, the Honorable Rodney S. Page; the Court having reviewed the files and records herein including Plaintiffs' Plain-tiffs' Motion, the supporting Affidavit of their counsel, and the supporting Statement of Points; the Court being fully advised in the premises and having found that a reasonable and diligent effort had been made without success to locate a current address for Defendants; and good cause appearing therefor, it is hereby - ORDERED that Plaintiffs may effect the service of the Summons in this action ac-tion upon Defendants by the publication thereof for three consecutive weeks in a newspaper of general circulation with this County; and it is hereby FURTHER ORDERED that the Summons thus served allow the Defendants Defen-dants thirty (30) days from the third consecutive weekly publication within which to file an Answer in writing to Plaintiffs' Complaint and that the Summons be in substantially the form of that is annexed hereto as Exhibit "A;" and it is hereby FURTHER ORDERED that service be deemed complete upon the third consecutive con-secutive weekly publication of the Summons.
