Show NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE The following described property will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder, payable in lawful money of the United States at the time of the sale, at die North Main Entrance, Davis County Courthouse, State & Main Streets, Farmington, Utah, on September 13, 1990, at 11:15 a m. of said day, for the purpose of foreclosing that certain Trust Deed dated January 22, 1979 and executed by TERRJLL MUNN and REBECCA M. MUNN, his wife, as Trustors, in favor of UTAH TITLE AND ABSTRACT COMPANY, COM-PANY, as beneficiary, covering real property located in Davis County and described as: Lot 53, LAKE VIEW SUBDIVISION, SUB-DIVISION, according to the official plat thereof, recorded in the office of the County Recorder of said County. The street address of the property is purported to be 1 14 South Lakeview Drive, Clearfield, Utah. The undersigned under-signed trustee disclaims any liability for any error in the street address. The present owners of the property are reported to be JOSEPH P. MARKOWSKI in and DENIS E L. MARKOWSKL The total amount of the unpaid balance bal-ance of the obligation secured by the property and estimated costs, expenses ex-penses and advances at the time of the sale is $35,105.44. In addition to cash, the trustee will accept a cashier's check drawn on a federally insured state or national bank or a check drawn by a federally insured credit union, savings and loan association or savings bank.
