Show EXHIBIT "A" NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE The following described real property proper-ty will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder on the 25th day of September, 1990, at 10:30 a.m., at the North front door of the main entrance of the County Courthouse, Comer of State & Main, Farmington, in the County of Davis, State of Utah, by LEADER FEDERAL BANK FOR SAVINGS fka LEADER FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION, as the current beneficiary, under the Deed of Trust made by EUGENE T. HBSTTZE, a married mar-ried man, as Trustor, recorded February 1, 1988 as Entry No. 0814836, in Book 1216, at Page 712, of the official records of Davis County, Utah, given to secure an indebtedness in favor of ICA MORTGAGE CORPORATION, a California Corporation, by reason of certain obligations secured thereby. Notice of Default was recorded May 22, 1990, as Entry No. 891630, in Book 1352, at Page 323, of said official records. Trustee will sell at public auction to highest bidder in cash, payable in lawful money of the United States at the time of sale, without warranty as to tide, possession or encumbrances, the following described property: Begiruiing at a point which is North 89 degrees 5820" East 557.64 feet and North 0 degrees 12'40" East 227.92 feet from the Southwest comer of Section 29, Township 4 North, Nor-th, Range 1 West, Salt Lake Meridian, in the City of Layton, and running thence North 34 degrees 15' 20" West 141.95 feet; thence North 56 degrees 32'40" East 88.45 feet to an existing fence; thence South 35 degrees 28'20" East 20.20 feet along said fence to a fence corner, thence North 54 degrees 21 '40" East 57.43 feet along said fence; thence South 33 degrees 27'20" East 152.10 feet to the North line of Weaver Lane; thence two courses along said North line as follows: South 79 degrees 14'20" West 84.90 feet and South 52 degrees 2340" West 66.40 feet to the point of beginning.
