Show EXHIBIT "A" NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE The following described real property proper-ty will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder on the 18th day of September, 1990, at 10:30 am., at the North front door of the main entrance of the County Courthouse, Comer of State & Main, Farmington, in the County of Davis, State of Utah, by Meritbanc Mortgage Corp., as the current Beneficiary, under the Deed of Trust made by Kenneth Erwin Pierren and Jennie M. Pierren, husband and wife, as Trustor, recorded March 6, 1987 as Entry En-try No.775620, in Book 1149, at Page 134, of the official records of Davis County, Utah, given to secure an indebtedness in-debtedness in favor of Grassland Mortgage Mor-tgage Corp., by reason of certain obligations obliga-tions secured thereby. Notice of Default was recorded May 15, 1990, as Entry No. 890920, in Book 1351, at Page 339, of said official records. Trustee will sell at public auction to highest bidder in cash, payable in lawful money of the United States at the time of sale, without warranty as to title, possession or encumbrances, the following described property: All of Lot 12, VALLEY VIEW SUBDIVISION, according accor-ding to the official plat thereof, on file and of record in the Davis County Recorder's Office.
