Show NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE The following described property will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder on the 11th day of September, 1990, at 10:30 A.M. at the North Main Entrance to the Davis County Courthouse, Farrnington, Utah, in the County of Davis, by BRYAN W. CANNON, as Trustee, and ASSOCIATES ASSOCI-ATES FINANCIAL SERVICES, as Beneficiary, under the Deed of Trust made by ALLAN KARRAS, as Trustor, recorded March 16, 1984, as Entry No. 666776 in Book 982 at page 292 of the Official Records of Davis County, given to secure indebtedness in favor of ASSOCIATES FINANCIAL SERVICES, SER-VICES, by reason of certain obligations secured thereby. Notice of Default was recorded May 4, 1990, as Entry No. 890142 in Book 1349 at page 1057 of said official Records. The beneficial interest under said Deed of Trust and the obligation secured thereby is now owned by Associates Asso-ciates Financial Services. Trustee will sell at public auction to the highest bidder in cash payable in lawful money of the United States at the time of sale, without warranty as to title, possession or encumbrances, the following described property at 513 North 750 West, Clearfield, Davis County, Utah: All of Lot 48, BARLOW HEIGHTS, PLAT "A", a subdivision sub-division of part of Section 35, Township 5 North, Range 2 West, Salt Lake Meridian, in the City of Clearfield, according accor-ding to the official plat thereof, for the purpose of paying obligations secured by said Deed of Trust including in-cluding fees, charges and expenses of Trustee, advances, if any, under the terms of said Deed of Trust, interest thereon and the unpaid principal of the note secured by said Deed of Trust with interest thereon as in said note and by law provided.
