Show NOTICE OF THE FILING OF CLASS D PETITIONS FOR ALLOTMENT OF WATER BY WEBER BASIN WATER CONSERVANCY DISTRICT All persons interested will please take notice that there have been filed with the Board of Directors of the Weber Basin Water Conservancy District, petitions applying for the allotment of Weber Basin water, by the following landowners owning land in: Section 2, Township 4 North, Range 1 Westt Salt Lake Base and Meridian. Copies of petitions containing the description of each tract and the terms and conditions under which die water is petitioned are on file in the office of the Weber Basin Water Conservancy District, Layton, Utah, for public inspection. in-spection. The names of the petitioners and the amount of water in acre-feet applied for are as hereinafter set out: PETITIONER, Dennis E, Lower ACRE-FEET, 14.9 The Board of Directors of the District will meet in public session at District headquarters, 2837 E. Highway 193, Layton, Utah, 9:00 a.m., Friday, August 31, 1990, to consider each of such petitions peti-tions and any and all objections that may be presented in writing by any persons per-sons showing cause why any of said petitions should not be granted. All persons per-sons interested may appear at such hearing hear-ing and show cause in writing why said petitions, or any thereof should not be granted- Failure of any person to show cause in writing as aforesaid, shall be deemed an assent on his part to the granting of said petition.
