Show EXHIBIT' A" NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE The following described real property proper-ty will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder on the 18th day of September, 1990, at 10:30 a.m., at the North front door of the main entrance of the County Courthouse, Comer of State & Main, Farmington, Utah, in the County Coun-ty of Davis, State of Utah, by Fleet Mortgage Mor-tgage Corporation, as the current Beneficiary, under the Deed of Trust made by Jimmy Albert Lovato, a single person, as Trustor, recorded September 23, 1988 as Entry No. 837289, in Book 1256, at Page 878, of the official records of Davis County, Utah, given to secure an indebtedness in favor of Fleet Mortgage Corporation, by reason of certain obligations secured thereby. Notice of Default was recorded May 15, 1990, as Entry No. 890918, in Book 1351, at Page 336, of said official records. Trustee will sell at public auction to highest bidder in cash, payable in lawful money of the United States at the time of sale, without warranty as to title, possession or encumbrances, the following described property: All of Lot 58, Clearfield Villa, a subdivision of part of the Southeast quarter of Section Sec-tion 35, Township 5 North, Range 2 West, Salt Lake Base and Meridian, in Davis County, Utah, according to the official plat thereof Property Address: 32 South Villa Drive, Clearfield, Utah 84015 Record Title Holder Jimmy Albeit Lovato for the purpose of paying obligations secured by said Deed of Trust including in-cluding fees, charges and expenses of Trustee, advances, if any, under the terms of said Deed of Trust, interest thereon and the unpaid principal of the note secured by said Deed of Trust with interest thereon as is in said note and by law provided.
