Show NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE The following described real property proper-ty will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder without warranty as to title, ti-tle, possession or encumbrances, at the north front door of the Davis County Courthouse, State and Main Streets, Farrnington, Utah the 2 1 st day of September, 1990. at 3:00 o'clock p.m., of said day: Situated in the County of Davis, State of Utah, mere particularly described as follows: All of Lot 17, of ALTA HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION, PLAT 'B' a subdivision part of Section 17, Township 2 North, Nor-th, Range 1 East, Salt Lake Base and Meridian, in the City of Bountiful, according to the official plat thereof. Commonly known as 422 East 1450 North, Bountiful, Utah 84010. The Trust Deed being foreclosed by these non-judicial trust deed foreclosure proceedings is dated August 30,1985, and was executed by BRENT H. EG AN and CINDY C. EGAN, husband and wife, as Trustors, and in favor of WESTERN MORTGAGE LOAN CORPORATION, CORPORA-TION, the present Beneficiary.
