Show NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE The following described property will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder on the 25th day of September, 1990, at 10:00 a.m. at the north main door of the Davis County Courthouse located at 50 East State Street, Farmington, Davis County, Utah, for the purpose of foreclosing a Trust Deed executed by Rodney G. Porter, as Trustor, in favor of Utah Housing Finance Agency, as Beneficiary, which Trust Deed was recorded September 26, 1980 as Entry No. 575321, in Book 841, at Page 122, of the official records of the Davis County Recorder, covering real property proper-ty located at 2270 South Main, Clearfield, Clear-field, in Davis County, State of Utah 84015, and more particularly described as follows: All of Lot 212, MELANIE ACRES SUBDIVISION, PHASE 2, a subdivision of part of Section 14, Township 4 North, Nor-th, Range 2 West, Salt Lake Meridian, in the City of Clearfield, Clear-field, according to the official plat thereof. Notice of Default was recorded May 22, 1990 as Entry No. 891634, in Book 1352, at Page 333, of said official records. Successor Trustee will sell at public pub-lic auction to the highest bidder, in cash, payable in lawful money of the United States, at the time of sale, without warranty as to title, possession, posses-sion, or encumbrances, the above-described above-described property, for the purpose of ?aying obligations secured by said rust Deed, including without limitation limi-tation fees, charges, and expenses of Successor Trustee, and advances, if any, under the terms of said Trust Deed.
