Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS The following applications ap-plications have been filed with the state Engineer to extend and change water in Iron County throughout the entire year unless otherwise designated. Locations in SLB&M. Ext. 443 (71-1358) Joseph Saylin, M.D., 323 E. Foothill Blvd., Arcadia, Ar-cadia, CA has filed for an extension of time within which to resume use of 276.0 ac. ft. of water as evidenced by Appl. No. 17081. The"water has been diverted from a 14-inch well, 200 ft. deep, at a point N. 50 ft. E. 1340 ft. from WV4 Cor. Sec. 36, T34S, R17W (NW of Beryl Jet.) ; and used from Mar. 15 to Nov. 1 for the irrigation of 69.0 acs. in EV2NW.4 Sec. 36, T34S, R17W. The water was last beneficially used in 1970; and Ext. Nos. 247 and 323 have been filed to cover the period from Sept. 30, 1970 to Sept. 30, 1980; and this extension is requested to and including in-cluding Aug. 4, 1985. a-11395 (73-119) Southern Utah State College, 381 W. Center Str., Cedar City, UT proposes to change the point of diversion and place of use of 14.06 ac. ft. of water as evidenced by Underground Water Claim Nos. 17277 (73-119), 11560 ( 73-292). The water has been diverted from two wells, at the following " points: 1) S. 585 ft. W. 200 . ft. from E'4 Cor. Sec. 18; 2) N. 210 ft. W. 105 ft. from S'4 Cor. Sec. 18; both T36S, R11W; and used for the domestic purposes of two families, supplemental stock-watering stock-watering of 1700 sheep, 100 cattle, 10 horses in SEV4SWV4, Sec. 18, T36S R11W. Hereafter, 14.06 ac. ft. of water is to be diverted from an existing 12-inch well, 110 ft. deep, at a point N. 681 ft. W. 3414 ft. from SE Cor. Sec. 18, T36S, R11W (W. of Cedar City); and used same as heretofore in SE14SW4 Sec. 18; SWV4NWV4 Sec. 17; both T36S, RllW. a-11399 (71-362) Wesley C. and Clara Jane Hunt, Enterprise, UT proposes to change the point of diversion and place of use of 396.8 ac. ft. of water as evidenced by Appl. No. 14146. The water has been diverted from four wells, at the following points: 1) |
