Show Exhibit of Virginia artists Graphic Art," "Recent Acquisitions and Gifts to the SUSC Permanent Art Collection," "Recent Works by Southern Utah Artists," the "12th Annual An-nual Watercolor West," "Regional Fiberart," the "Annual SUSC Art Students Exhibition," "Lithographs by Honore Daumier" (French, 1808-1879), 1808-1879), and "One With the Earth," an exhibition by contemporary American Indian artists. The Braithwaite Fine Arts Gallery is open weekdays 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. and on Saturdays and Sundays 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. The gallery is closed on offficial college holidays. Organizations are encouraged en-couraged to schedule their group visits in advance. Currently on exhibit in the Braithwaite Fine Arts Gallery, Southern Utah State College, Cedar City, are the paintings of "20 Virginia Artists." The exhibition is circulated cir-culated by the Virginia Museum in Richmond and is an exchange exhibition with the Utah Arts Council for a similar selection of works by 20 outstanding Utah artists. The exhibit will run through Oct. 1, 1980. According to Prof. Thomas A. Leek, curator of art at SUSC, the forthcoming for-thcoming year will feature eleven out standing exhibitions, film programs, visiting artists, ar-tists, art demonstrations and lectures. "The gallery's purpose is to promote a high standard of . excellence with a variety of visual arts events throughout the year," Leek said. In addition to "20 Virginia Artists," the year-long exhibition schedule will include "Recent Drawings and Paintings by Nancy Lund," the "Annual SUSC Art Faculty Exhibition,"a "Special Showing of Oriental |
