Show statement pertaining to contrator's experience and financial condition. Bids will be received until the hour of 2:00 p.m. October 21, 1980, at which time they will be opened and read aloud in the board meeting room of the Iron County Board of Education. A bid bond in the amount of five percent per-cent of the bid, made payable to the Iron County School Board, owners, shall accompany bid. If certified or cashier's check is used in lieu of bid bond, a ceritficate from and approved surety company com-pany guaranteeing a 100 percent performance bond and 100 percent payment bond must accompany bid. The owners reserve the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any formality or technicality in any bid in the interest of the owners. All laboreers, workmen, work-men, mechanics and apprentices employed on thisfproject shall be paid not less than the general prevailing wage rates as set forth in the current wage schedules of the Utah State Industrial Commission. NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS CON-TRACTORS Sealed bids will be received by the Iron County school board, owners for the general construction, including mechanical and electrical elec-trical work for, and addition to Parowan elementary school. Bids will be in accordance ac-cordance with drawings and specifications prepared by John S. Rowley, architect, and same may be obtained from the architect upon receipt of $50.00 deposit per set. Made payable to the architect and which deposit will be refunded upon return of such drawings and specifications in good condition within ten (10) days of the date set for the bid opening. Prequalification of bidders is required. Prior to any bidder receiving drawings and sp-ceificaitons, sp-ceificaitons, it will be necessary that he have on file with the architect and the owners, completed and approved, a prequalification |
