Show ORDLMANCE NO n?-?n AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 11 CHAPTER 1 OF THE REVISED ORDINANCES OR-DINANCES OF VERNAL CITY, PROVIDING FOR THE LICENSING REQUIRED RE-QUIRED FOR TRUCKS AND OTHER NON-PASSENGER NON-PASSENGER VEHICLES USED IN CONJUNCTION WITH DELIVERY BUSINESS. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF VERNAL CITY', UTAH: Section l. That Title 11, Chapter 1 of the Revised Ordinances of Vernal, Utah, are hereby amended amend-ed to read as follows: 11-01-013 License Required Re-quired for Trucki and Other Nonpiisenfer Vehicle Ited In Conjunction Conjunc-tion with Delivery Buslneu. Any person whose only business activity in the City is the delivery in the City of a service or of merchandise sold or provided pro-vided by him and whose regular place of business in maintained by him outside out-side the City limits shall procure a business license based upon the industry in-dustry number corresponding cor-responding to his principal prin-cipal business activity. 11-01-016 Reciprocal Recognition of Licenses. Repealed. Section 2. Repealer Clause. All ordinances, resolutions and orders, or parts thereof in conflict with the provisions of this ordinance are to the extent ex-tent of such conflict hereby repealed; provided, provid-ed, that such repeal shall not effect any act done or right accrued, any penalty penal-ty incurred, any suit, prosecution pro-secution or proceeding pending. Section 3. Effective Date. This ordinance shall take effect the day after its publication, the 12th day of March. 1962.
