Show Milton D. Ellsworth Randlett man dies in SLC Milton Dixie Ellsworth, 82, of Randlett, Ran-dlett, died in the LDS Hospital March 3, 1982. Mr. Ellsworth was born June 9, 1899 in Dixie, Idaho to William Philo and Matilda Ann Goslind Ellsworth. He married Florence Isabel Edwards, May 28, 1926 in Vemal. He was a farmer far-mer and rancher, member of the LDS Church and his father was one of the earliest settlers in the area. Survivors are his widow of Randlett; sons and daughters, Mildred Ann Ellsworth, Mrs. Charles M. (Lola Corrine) Johnson, Philo Arnold Ellsworth, Kenneth Ray Ellsworth, Mrs.Tomasi (Carol Deon) Tuiono all of Salt Lake City, George Lyman Ellsworth of Manila, Merlin Robert Ellsworth and Mrs. Raymond (Eunice Marie) Hasselblad both of Magna, Utah; 23 grandchildren, five great grandchildren; brother and sisters, Mrs. Edna Alice Barney and Lester Arnold Ellsworth both of Vemal, Mrs. Florine Barney of Randlett, John Ephriam Ellsworth of Brigham City, Mrs. Nannie Eunice Jackson of Payson, Utah, Mrs. Mary Eva Spack of Detroit, Mich., and Mrs. Frances Jean Perry of Draper. The funeral was Saturday, March 6. in the Randlett Branch Chapel. President Chris Sapp conducted. Arnold Ar-nold Ellsworth, son, gave the family prayer, and LaRue Pickup gave the invocation. Following remarks by President Sapp, the choir sang "Oh My Father." Don Jorgensen spoke Followed by Arvene Cooper and President Glade Sowards. "Beautiful Land" was sung by Pres. Glade and Elizabeth Sowards. Alex Barney gave the benediction. Burial was in the Leota Cemetery and Oliver Jorgensen dedicated the grave. Pallbearers were Richard Ellsworth, Kary Ellsworth, Robert Ellsworth, Steven Ellsworth, Glen Ellsworth and Tracy Ellsworth. Honorary pallbearers were Les Ellsworth, George Ellsworth, Marlin Ellsworth, Arnold Ellsworth, Kenneth Ellsworth, and Michael, Richard, Robert and Shane Johnson. |
