May 24, 1919. for the construction of hard-surface roadway on Highland drive, from the end of present pavement at Murphy's laue to the Murray-Moll iday highway, or Brin ton's corner; and on Keawood road from end of present pavement pave-ment south of Thirty-third South to the Bmgham highway. Bids will be called tor on the following classes of pavement: Cement concrete. bituminous concrete sunace on cement concrete base, bituminous bitu-minous concrete surface on crushed rock by.se, Tar via macadam surface on cement concrete base and Tor via macadam surface sur-face on crushed .'ock base. Instructions to bidders, together with plans, specifications, form of contract and bond may be obtained at the office of the county surveyor May 12, 1919. on depositing five dollars ($5). The boarii of county commissioners has, and herebv reserves, the right to reject any or all bids, or to accept any bid which the board deems best, and waive minor defects.
